WHAT WE INCLUDE WITHIN THE PRICE:

 

  • Lighting.  We provide enough that you don't need any extra however many of our couples like to put up a fairy light canopy or extra festoon lights.

  • Heating and electricity supply (we will provide 20kw power per hour in single phase).  We always keep the venue warm and cosy in winter.

  • Toilets (including one disabled access toilet with baby change facilities)

  • PA system

  • Lean to area, typically used by caterers as it has power and running water with a sink

  • 10 whiskey barrels, a few planters around the venue, 3 x bistro an 6 chairs, 4 wooden dividers on wheels in the steading marquee, workbench table, mirror and coatrack in the workshop.  

  • Unlimited parking

  • Point of contact for the duration of your venue hire to help with questions, locking up of the venue etc.

  • No corkage fee from us or any hidden charges.

  • Three day access for a relaxed set up and day after.

  • Buckets of original character and charm.

WHAT WE DON'T INCLUDE:

 

  • Caterer or bar

  • Sound system in the barn or workshop

  • Tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware

  • Barn decorations

  • Tidy up of the barn after your event (available as an add on)

 

WE HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED SUPPLIERS TO HELP YOU.  THIS CAN BE FOUND IN OUR USEFUL INFORMATION SECTION.  WE ARE ALWAYS DELIGHTED TO HELP ADVISE ON SUPPLIERS.
