Kingask St Andrews is a family run, independent holiday business based in St. Andrews. We know and love the East Neuk of Fife and specialise in helping you find your perfect property. We have houses in St Andrews, Crail, and Kingsbarns; from cosy rural retreats to townhouses there is something to suit all pockets and tastes.
As one of the biggest independent property rental companies covering St Andrews and the East Neuk, with over 50 properties, we offer unrivalled flexibility and service and pride ourselves on providing properties and accommodation of a high standard whilst maintaining good value.
We have about 30 town houses and apartments in St Andrews that can sleep anywhere from 2 to 14 people, and are only a 20 minute car journey from Crail.
We can sleep up to 50 in Crail, both beside the Cow Shed and in Crail town.
We have three cottages which are right beside the Cow Shed (2 minute walk); Sypsies, Cradle and Meggie Allans. All these cottages sleep 4 persons.
Down the farm track we have 5 more cottages, Kirkmay Cottage (sleeps 4), Nuttings (sleeps 4), May Isle (sleeps 2), Kirkmay 4 (sleeps 6) and Lairdsgate (sleeps 5).
Additionally, we have two houses in Crail town; Old Vinery (sleeps 10-12) and Merchants Rest (sleeps 7).
We take a minimum of 3 night stays however you are more than welcome to depart earlier…it also means that you can leave at whatever time you wish as opposed to the normal 10am check out time on your departure date.
Prices start from £300/3 night stay. All rental prices will include linen, towels, utilities and wifi (although signal can be a little worse in the country side!)
